Darren , Paul, Luke and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable. From quote to completion we were kept informed of progress. The guys removed the old drive despite it being very difficult due to its age and thickness. They laid the block paving drive with great attention to detail. Luke gave us some very helpful tips on how to keep it in tip top condition . The drive looks amazing and we are so pleased. It has transformed the property! The guys even used their digger to dig out some stubborn bush roots next to the drive. They were all friendly and polite. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend

Darren’s team did a great job for us late last year replacing a large old driveway over 3 weeks. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and were tidy, polite and respectful of the area while working at the house. I would definitely recommend their services and happy for anyone to come and see the drive.

Darren gave us good advice at the initial quotation and from the start to finish of the work Paul and Michael worked closely with us to make sure that everything was to our liking.The wait time for the work to begin may be a little longer but the end product makes the wait all worthwhile. We have been delighted with the work that Darren and his team have completed. It has made such a difference and looks amazing. Darren has been incredibly patient and supportive since first quoting over a year ago. He knew what we should have from the off but we were determined to explore all sorts of other options, however, in the end, we returned to his suggestions and he was absolutely spot on! The team, Paul, Mike and Josh have been amazing, always willing to suggest little tweaks to make it stand out, spotting problems before we did. We are delighted with the outcome.

We had new patio area (87m2), end of garden clearance breaking out old concrete cutting back foliage/shrubs, excavating area back to boundary, erecting new fence and new gates. The whole process with Darren and his team was fantastic. The team led by Courtney were friendly, hard working and professional and went that extra mile to make sure we were happy with the work that was completed to a high standard.
We may have had to wait few months from initial quote to commencement of works but definitely worth it .

Darren and his team led by Dave have done a fantastic job on our new driveway. The workmen are efficient and skilled and very professional. Darren himself visited the site regularly and made sure the job was finished to the highest standard. He is a no-nonsense, straight talking but very polite guy. He was always available to discuss any design changes or any unwanted issues that came along the way. On the very last day of the job, he himself came with the tools and all to finish the work. We have just had works completed on our new patio and we’re extremely happy with the end result!
The existing patio was pulled up, old rotten decking knocked down and all was replaced with new paving stones, cladding and fencing.
All throughout the work Courtney and his team were hard working, approachable, knowledgable, tidy and skilful.
This was quite a large job but it was finished on time and as per the quote (except for our two add-ons).
Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to offer their advice when needed (and we needed it a lot!).
We have even had a bespoke, unique brick BBQ table built (a Courtney original) which is a wonderful feature and a highlight of ours!
Darren always made himself available and made daily visits to check everything was running smoothly and satisfactory and we were constantly kept up-to-date on all aspects of the schedule.

We recently had our 66sqm driveway replaced and reworked by Darren and his team. End to end we worked with Darren on choosing materials (Marshalls) and obtaining samples before deciding on a look and finish.

Darren is in high demand and we were more than happy to wait 5 months before work began. When it did there were a crew of 3 who excavated, laid all foundations, built our wall, levelled out the driveway material before finally laying the slabs.

We are quite picky on what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. However, the standard of work is high and the fit and finish shows care and attention to detail!

We approached Darren Plumridge for a quote to construct a sizeable rear terrace and a front driveway with walled garden.

He was not the cheapest quote, but he took time to visit us twice to discuss our requirements. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He provided addresses so we could see other work he had completed in the local area. He is also incredibly busy. We were prepared to wait 16 weeks for him to arrive on site to start work.

The Plumridge building team are a very pleasant bunch. They worked in all weathers to get the job done. Both the team and Darren were very patient with our comments and they sort to make the job the best it could be.

We had our patio and driveway done by Darren and his team in 2009. They were extremely professional, worked hard, and the quality of their work was excellent. They took great care over the finest of details. We were and continue to be absolutely delighted with both the patio and driveway.
Of course, weather and constant use meant that 10 years later we needed some minor repair work done to the grouting of the patio. As before, the quality of this repair work exceeded our expectations and we’re delighted with our rejuvenated patio. Darren was also very helpful with useful advice and tips.
