Darren and his team completed our new drive in September 14. Darren provided great advice on the design, including the picket fence and the lighting. He arranged the electrician and also arranged for the delivery of top soil and the laying of new turf on the lawn. Darren and his team are very friendly, certainly know their profession and completed a first class job. Darren kept his eye on the his team with regular site visits and chats during work in progress. We did have to wait on a few months for his availability but that is further testament to his professionalism, Once started, the project was completed on schedule and to budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Plumridge to anyone.

We needed to create a driveway opening through a wall of architectural heritage and relay our driveway. After planning permission was granted and having used Darren Plumridge previously we had no hesitation in appointing him. Darren’s team Courtney, Luke and Simon were friendly, polite and hard-working and left the site clean and tidy. We chose the new Cobbletec paving system and I’ve had lots of favourable comments from passing pedestrians. We are very pleased with our driveway which was completed – as promised – just before Christmas. It was actually finished slightly earlier than expected which was great and due mainly to the tireless efforts of Dave and his team. We were kept informed of progress throughout and were consulted on all aspects of the design. They always arrived on time and were polite and friendly. Our house is on a steep hill and double bend with restricted visibility from the driveway. Darren came up with a splendid design for levelling out the front garden and widening the drive. The work was ably carried out by Dave and his team. The hill presented some real challenges but Dave adapted the plans accordingly and built some very nice walls. Our front garden has now been transformed and importantly, we can see clearly when driving in and out. Well done – great job! I would definitely recommend Darren Plumridge.

I had some dreadful decking replaced with beautiful natural sandstone. It was a big job because there was a large hole under the old decking that had to be filled but Darren’s men worked very hard. The guy who finally laid the new slabs was obviously highly skilled and did an excellent job.
